I cannot say enough good things about training with Amy!
Outside of running i had never seriously worked out before and was pretty apprehensive, but Amy’s steadfast encouragement and expert guidance made exercise sustainable for me. She is exceptionally good at what she does, and i’d recommend her to anyone interested in moving their body more regardless of their skill of experience level.

As a mom of 3 kiddos its done some work on my body and mind. My routine was in desperate need of a reset and she gave me the guidance and tools i needed to succeed. She is always there to answer questions i might have about a specific movement and gives me cures on what muscles should be working for each exercise. Not only am i seeing results in my strength since stating my program with her, I’m also able to complete each workout in a timely fashion And for a busy mom that’s a WIN!
