Payment Structure

Credit card, check and cash options available. Cash payments will receive special discount pricing.

Since each client is different the type of program, availability and support will vary. Pricing will be determined after / during the consultation.

  • Consultation
    $150
    60 – 90 minutes
  • First Custom Program
    Starting at $150
    Includes your custom program and a 60 minute session where we walk through your program. We will discuss how the program is set up, make sure you understand each movement and we will review any questions that you may have.
  • Following Custom Programs
    Starting at $100
    We will evaluate your previous month program, how you are feeling and any feedback that you may have. This program includes your new custom program and a 30 minute session where we walk through your program. We will discuss how the program is set up, make sure you understand each movement and we will review any questions that you may have.

All new clients are required to have a consultation

All payments are due prior to session start time

Credit Card and Debit Card accepted – 3% fee added to each transaction

Cancellation Policy
All sessions are subject to cancellation policy – 24-hours ADVANCED notice is required.

24-hour cancellation policy is strictly enforced. E-mail, text, or phone call must be done more than 24-hours prior to session start time. Any session cancelled inside the 24-hour window will constitute a forfeit of session.
